What We're Looking For
  • Licensure: Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing (or currently in the active process of obtaining NV licensure).
  • Technical Skills: Experience with modern dental practice management software and digital charting (experience with Open Dental and digital radiography is a major plus).
  • Patient Care: A deep commitment to providing gentle, compassionate, and comprehensive preventative and periodontal therapies (SRP) for patients of all ages.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a warm bedside manner, sharp attention to detail, and a collaborative "team-first" mentality.

  • Elite Periodontal Therapy: Perform high-quality clinical exams, preventative cleanings, scaling, root planing (SRP), digital charting, and oral cancer screenings.
