Job description

Charger Logistics USA Inc. is currently looking for an experienced fork-lift driver plus cross docking individual to add to our existing team of drivers. Applicants must be detail oriented and closely follow rules and instructions. Applicants must be experienced fork-lift operators, preferably certified.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate counterbalance and TSP (narrow aisle) forklifts to safely load, unload, move, and store freight within the warehouse.
  • Accurately check inbound and outbound pallets and ensure products are properly stored in designated rack locations.
  • Perform cross-docking activities, including moving and staging freight efficiently for loading and unloading.
  • Assist with shunting trailers and moving equipment within the yard, as required.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing freight, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth warehouse and yard operations.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles safely.
  • Follow proper loading and unloading techniques and comply with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize warehouse space utilization.

Requirements

  • Steel toed boots.
  • 2 years of Forklift experience in Counterbalance and TSP(Narrow aisle truck) ย 
  • Comfortable lifting upto 50 lbs.
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts.
  • Proper loading and unloading techniques.
  • Must have a valid Forklift License and experience.
