Minit Charger LLC is a pioneer in the industrial electric vehicle (EV) charging space, specializing in fast-charging technology with cloud connected platform for airports, warehouses, and manufacturing sectors.
As a Business Development Manager, you would be responsible for expanding the company's footprint in the eGSE (electric Ground Support Equipment), on-road EV Charging, and material handling sectors.ย 
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) at Minit Charger LLC is a high-visibility, growth-oriented role. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders in the aviation and logistics industries, and driving the adoption of Minit Chargerโ€™s impressive portfolio of MAGNUS, MOBILUS, ALTUS II, and MOMENTUS charging solutions. This role requires a blend of technical sales acumen and strategic networking to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target high-potential clients, including major airlines, airport authorities, 3PL (Third Party Logistics) providers, and large-scale warehouse operators.
  • Conduct cold outreach and leverage LinkedIn/networking to build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences (e.g., Ground Support Expo) to represent the brand and capture leads.
Strategic Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with aviation stakeholders responsible for electrification, engineering companies who provide services to airports and warehousing and manufacturing companies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate client needs into customized charging and asset management solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery calls and site surveys to contract negotiation and closing.
Solution Selling & Technical Consultation:
  • Conduct presentations and "lunch and learns" to educate prospects on the ROI of Minit Chargerโ€™s patented fast-charging technology.
  • Demonstrate the value of the Minit Charger ecosystem, showing how a unified platform can minimize infrastructure needs, lower energy consumption and increase uptime of equipment.
  • Draft detailed proposals, RFP responses, and sales pitches tailored to specific industrial applications.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
  • Analyze industry trends (e.g., electrification mandates in aviation) to identify new growth levers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecasts in the company CRM.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on market feedback and competitive activity.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, Marketing, or a technical field (Engineering background is a plus).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Field Sales, preferably within industrial equipment, EV infrastructure, or aviation sectors.
  • Technical Savvy: Ability to understand and explain power electronics technology (e.g., SiC technology, DC fast charging) and IoT software platforms.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and public speaking skills; ability to influence C and VP level stakeholders.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel (approx. 10%) to visit client sites and attend industry events.
