Job description

Pizza Hut is evolving how millions of guests around the world discover, order, and experience our brand across digital and physical channels.

Operating in more than 100 countries with nearly 20,000 restaurants, we sit at the intersection of ecommerce, marketplaces, loyalty, and brick-and-mortar retail-creating one of the most dynamic omnichannel ecosystems in the industry.

As Senior Manager, Channel Strategy & Growth, you'll play a key role in shaping how Pizza Hut grows across both third-party marketplaces and owned commerce channels around the world.

This is a highly strategic and commercially focused role for someone who thrives at the intersection of growth, analytics, customer behavior, and channel strategy. You'll help translate omnichannel strategy into scalable playbooks, growth frameworks, and practical solutions that markets can activate to drive measurable business impact.

The role will initially focus heavily on marketplace (3P) channels - one of the fastest-growing parts of the business-while progressively expanding into broader owned channel strategy across app, web, and physical commerce experiences.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of omnichannel growth at global scale while influencing how Pizza Hut's "Feed Good Times" brand experience comes to life across every channel.

What You'll Do

Help Shape Global Channel Growth Strategy

  • Support the development of Pizza Hut's omnichannel growth strategy across owned, marketplace, and physical channels
  • Help define how channels work together across acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Translate strategy into clear, actionable playbooks and growth frameworks for markets around the world
  • Identify opportunities to improve channel effectiveness, customer experience, and commercial performance

Co-Lead Marketplace (3P) Growth Initiatives

  • Help shape Pizza Hut's strategy across aggregator and marketplace platforms globally
  • Develop best practices across:
    • marketplace visibility and discoverability
    • merchandising and conversion optimization
    • pricing and promotion strategy
    • customer experience and fulfillment
  • Partner with markets to unlock growth opportunities and improve marketplace performance
  • Monitor competitive dynamics and emerging marketplace trends across regions

Drive Commercial & Channel Performance Thinking

  • Support development of channel economics frameworks across owned and third-party channels
  • Analyze trade-offs across profitability, incrementality, customer acquisition, and long-term value
  • Partner with Finance, Analytics, and market teams to identify growth opportunities and improve decision-making
  • Help define how success is measured across sessions, conversion, AOV, channel mix, and customer behavior

Build Scalable Playbooks & Best Practices

  • Create practical, scalable guidance that markets can adapt locally
  • Support development of merchandising, conversion, and guest experience best practices
  • Help simplify complex challenges into clear recommendations and actions
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful ideas and innovations across regions

Lead Through Collaboration & Influence

  • Partner closely with teams across Omnichannel, Brand, Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Digital & Technology
  • Work across highly matrixed global and regional organizations
  • Influence teams and stakeholders through strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and commercial acumen
  • Bring structure and momentum to high-priority initiatives and evolving business opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, digital commerce, omnichannel, consulting, or related strategy roles
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce, customer behavior, and growth strategy
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable recommendations
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving and evolving environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for customer experience, commerce innovation, and growth

Bonus Points For:

  • QSR or multi-unit retail experience
  • Global or multi-market experience
  • Experience working across both owned and third-party commerce ecosystems
  • Familiarity with marketplaces, delivery platforms, loyalty, or digital merchandising

Why Pizza Hut?

Pizza Hut is one of the world's most recognizable restaurant brands, serving millions of guests every day across nearly 20,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries.

We're transforming how guests experience our brand by blending technology, ecommerce, loyalty, physical retail, and operational excellence into one connected omnichannel ecosystem.

If you're excited by the idea of helping shape the future of digital commerce and growth at global scale, we'd love to meet you.

Salary Range: $142,500 to $150,840 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
