Position Title:Builder Channel Sales Professional Multi-Family

Location:Phoenix Arizona


Overview

A growing cabinetry manufacturer is seeking a motivatedSales Leaderto expand its footprint in the Single-Family,multi-family, or dealer marketacross the Greater Phoenix area. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands the cabinetry business, is a strong leader, and has sold to either Multi-Family, Singlefamily, or Dealer/Distributors.

The successful candidate will play a key role indeveloping a team to expand and pursue new accounts, strengthening existing partnerships, and driving revenue growthwithin the different sales channels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

  • Build and expand relationships withdevelopers, general contractors, builders, and project stakeholders, dealers, and distributors.

  • Leverage existing industry relationships to open doors with key accounts and decision-makers.

  • Manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and relationship development to closing deals.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for clients by providingexpert product knowledge and exceptional servicethroughout the sales process.


Key Requirements
  • Provensales experience in Cabinetry, specifically Multi, Single, or Dealer/Distributor channels.

  • Established relationships within theArizona construction and development market.

  • Demonstrated ability togenerate new business and close deals.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Self-driven and comfortable operating in aperformance-based sales environment as well as ability to manage a metrics based business.
