This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys turning ideas into execution, and is excited to take on increasing ownership over programs and events.

    In this role, you will:
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing programs across North America for net-new and existing customers, including digital campaigns, events, webinars, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
    • Coordinate campaign, event, partner, and follow-up activities to create a cohesive buyer journey and measurable pipeline impact.
    • Collaborate with sales, campaign leads, product marketing, and corporate marketing to align field programs with regional goals and broader campaign priorities.
    • Work with partner marketing and sales teams to deliver partner-inclusive programs and events that support customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
    • Develop and execute lead generation and pipeline acceleration programs that contribute to lead goals, sales readiness, and revenue growth.
    • Use audience insights, segmentation, messaging, and buyer personas to engage target audiences and improve lead quality.
    • Apply AI tools and platforms to accelerate campaign execution, including generating and optimizing content for nurture streams, emails, landing pages, and follow-up sequences aligned to buyer stage and persona.
    • Partner with sales to develop AI-assisted sales plays and account engagement strategies, including tailored outreach messaging, event follow-up templates, and opportunity acceleration content.
    • Use AI to analyze engagement signals and campaign performance data to recommend next-best actions for leads, accounts, and programs, improving conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
    • Lead the planning and execution of regional field events, including third-party conferences, hosted events, webinars, and partner events, managing timelines, logistics, vendors, and execution details.
    • Monitor campaign and event performance, analyze KPIs and engagement data, and use AI-driven insights to test and optimize content, targeting, and follow-up strategies to improve ROI, engagement, conversion, and pipeline velocity.
    • Support management of regional field marketing and event budgets and present performance results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

    Your background:
    • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, integrated demand generation, and event execution, preferably in a B2B software or technology environment.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.
    • Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to interpret campaign and event performance data and turn insights into action.
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, and partner teams.
    • Experience with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Eloqua, and Tableau.

    • Comfort experimenting with new technologies and workflows, including prompt development, content iteration, and automation of repeatable marketing tasks.
