The Senior Associate role will focus on all aspects of developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across the Global Client Group. The role will be responsible for working with business partners throughout the firm to design campaigns intended to support Dimensional's brand awareness and the Global Client Group's sales goals and key initiatives. This role will coordinate closely with creative and channel marketing colleagues to develop high-quality digital and print content to communicate campaign messaging.
Responsibilities:
  • Organize the development of firm-level strategic campaigns with the Global Client Group, Investment Services Group, Research, and Corporate Communications to support the firm's strategic growth drivers.
  • Design strategy and messaging to market to clients, prospects, and investors.
  • Coordinate with the channel content marketing team to align the My Dimensional client site, emails, and LinkedIn promotions with overall campaign strategy and firm key initiatives.
  • Use campaign analytics to inform future messaging and marketing approaches and evaluate which activities successfully move prospects through the funnel to become clients.
  • Coordinate with channel marketing peers to obtain GCG channel input for execution and feedback.
  • Partner with the creative team and project management to effectively develop content for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of financial industry developments and marketplace opportunities/challenges to inform strategy and contribute to benchmarking.
  • Measure engagement and continually seek to enhance the effectiveness of our sales and marketing strategy.
  • Work with legal and compliance for campaign content review and audience segmentation as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of marketing or sales experience in the financial services industry, working with senior executives in a global business environment.
  • Strategically minded and self-motivated with the ability to manage campaign development from ideation to execution.
  • Proactive with proven track record of implementing multichannel sales and marketing strategies through intermediary distribution channels, specifically broker dealer, RIAs, enterprise, and independent advisors.
  • Thorough knowledge of the rules of engagement when coordinating marketing initiatives with wire houses and broker dealers.
  • Experience with an asset management firm, ETF provider, broker dealer, or large RIA preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build trust and influence, and to collaborate effectively with and across teams to achieve the best results.
  • Adept at juggling numerous projects and managing multiple stakeholders while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and present information in a meaningful way.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
