Job description

Are you an ambitious technical sales professional based in the Indianapolis, Indiana and surrounding regions who knows how to stack the pipeline with new leads and close deals? If so, Expedient may be the perfect fit for you!
We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join our team and sell industry-leading IT and cloud solutions to mid and large-sized businesses through our combined markets. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of B2B sales success, specifically with technology solutions such as:
  • Cloud Hosting
  • Managed Services
  • Cybersecurity
  • Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS)
  • Servers and Storage Solutions
  • Managed Backups
  • Disaster Recovery
What You'll Do:
  • Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities in the Indiana and surrounding areas
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads and prospective clients
  • Partner with Lead Generation teams and Channel Partnerteams to generate leads and turn them into Expedient clients
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clients are fully supported throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Focus onprospecting, forecasting opportunities, pipeline developmentand closing dealsbased onindividual andquarterly sales targets
  • Forecasting future sales based on trends and observations and meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas
  • Develop, prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations while partnering with dedicated Solutions Architect
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience selling cloud solutions to businesses in the Indianapolis, Indiana business and tech community
  • Successful methodology for prospecting and lead generation to growthe sales pipeline of new business. Experience with Sandler Sales Process is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B technology sales, especially within IT services, MSP, or cloud solutions
  • Demonstrated success in working with VARS and Trusted Advisors
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work well independently
  • Success in sales, consistently over achieving assigned quota

Location: Carmel / Indianapolis, IN office. Hybrid role requiring in office collaboration multiple times a week with travel to other Expedient markets as needed for collaboration and training.
Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience and historical sales success. Base salary between $90,000 and $110,000 per year. Commissions are uncapped. On target earnings $200k to $250k after ramp.
