Job Description
  • Lead Generation, including in person sales for your respective channel.  Your channel will be pre-determined through the interview and on-boarding process.

  • Close business based on pre-determined and an agreed upon quota.  Closed business is defined as a signed contract.

  • Ensure an out quarter pipeline is sustained to support the agreed upon quota.

  • Cultivate relationships within your channel and the restoration service industry as a whole.

  • Actively network and participate in networking events.

  • Answer all client questions and coach them through the claims process. 

  • Ability to ensure a smooth transition between all divisions.

  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction.

  • Understanding of the sales process and selling a service.

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance claims process.
