We are looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns & Performance Marketing to lead the planning, execution, and operational excellence of Vention's integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and RevOps and is responsible for transforming strategic priorities into coordinated, high-impact programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement. Reporting to the Director of Growth, this leader will oversee campaign execution across multiple channels and manage a team responsible for campaign planning and execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering measurable business results. This role combines campaign leadership, performance marketing expertise, people management, and cross-functional program execution to accelerate growth and improve marketing effectiveness across the organization.What You’ll Do Campaign Planning & Execution ● Own the end-to-end campaign planning process across product launches, demand generation initiatives, ABM programs, content syndication, paid campaign, and strategic growth initiatives. ● Build and maintain quarterly campaign roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives and revenue targets. ● Ensure campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and according to agreed-upon priorities. ● Drive cross-functional alignment between Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, Content, and RevOps teams. ● Establish campaign governance, planning processes, and operational best practices. ● Develop integrated go-to-market plans that align product positioning , audience targeting, channel activation, and sales enablement efforts. ● Ensure campaign execution remains consistent across all channels and regions. Performance Marketing & Demand Generation ● Own the strategic planning of paid media programs across search, social, display, retargeting, content syndication, and emerging channels in partnership with the Campaign Manager. ● Collaborate with the Director of Growth and cross-functional marketing leaders to develop quarterly and annual demand generation strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives. ● Oversee media budget allocation and investment decisions to maximize pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and return on marketing investment. ● Ensure campaign strategies are grounded in performance data, audience insights, and business priorities. ● Lead ongoing optimization efforts across channels, conversion paths, and landing page performance. ● Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to improve attribution, reporting, increase conversion, lead scoring, and campaign measurement frameworks. ● Drive experimentation and testing programs to uncover new acquisition opportunities and improve marketing efficiency. ● Develop recommendations for channel mix, budget allocation, and growth investments based on performance trends and business objectives.
