Title: Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing efforts.
This role includes leading high-level client sessions, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that all client KPIs are met or exceeded. Additionally, the role oversees project execution, ensuring quality and profitability while collaborating with internal teams to optimize workflows and deliverables.
The Account Manager also contributes to agency-wide account development by staying informed about industry trends and fostering innovative thinking to provide clients with a competitive edge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Strategy & Management
  • Lead high-level client sessions and collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that enhance client brands and support organic growth.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and market trends to proactively identify new opportunities.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide strategic, solutions-oriented recommendations.
  • Oversee the definition, execution, and optimization of client scopes of work, ensuring alignment with goals and KPIs.
  • Facilitate and refine client-facing work, including strategic presentations, creative briefs, and campaign strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive conference notes and impactful materials for client meetings.

Account Development
  • Understand what motivates your client personally, professionally, and institutionally.
  • Own client relationships, work to contribute strategic value beyond day-to-day campaign tactics and drive the strategic communications roadmap for clients.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the relationship.
  • Develop account plans and work with team to deliver those plans.
  • In combination with others, consistently cultivate a portfolio of new business efforts.
  • Educate client on new offerings and trends that could impact their business.

Project Oversight
  • Lead client-specific projects, ensuring quality, performance, and financial optimization throughout engagements.
  • Provide strategic insights and direction to drive client success, collaborating closely with internal teams.
  • Support Account Directors on select accounts as needed, assisting with key projects and client initiatives.
  • Coordinate and lead client/agency meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Oversee the development and submission of proposals, concepts, and budgets for client approval.
  • Monitor day-to-day project flow in collaboration with internal departments, maintaining efficiency and execution excellence.
  • Manage billing, financial reconciliation, and revenue tracking to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Maintain up-to-date internal client documentation and information-sharing archives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years of professional experience in account management and client service experience, with agency-side experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing: Basic understanding of how Lead Generation and Ecommerce campaigns work, especially campaigns utilizing digital marketing channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic Search, Programmatic Display, CTV, and Lifecycle.
  • Presentation & Communication Skills: Ability to present ideas, strategies, and performance results to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized, reliable, responsible, self-driven, and extremely detail oriented to keep clients, team members and projects on task and on time.
  • This role requires 3 days in the Boca Raton office

NICE TO HAVE
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights (e.g., CPC, CPM, CPA).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar to track, report, and optimize campaigns.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Ability to evaluate media campaign performance using KPIs like ROI, reach, frequency, conversions, and engagement metrics.
  • Brand Voice & Messaging: Experience working with clients to develop consistent messaging and tone that aligns with their brand identity.
  • Proven experience with any project management software (ex: Adobe Workfront), with willingness to learn Lamark's system and related programs
