Summary:
As a Change Deployment Specialist, you will partner on the coordination and deployment of new applications and enhancements that impact our associates. You will work with the business, Senior Change Deployment Specialists, and your supervisor to understand the needs of our associates and the company.
You will assist in the design and execution of change management programs by completing the following: participate in business meetings to make sure you understand the requirements of the change and how this will impact the branches. Learn the new application or process. Assist in building the appropriate communication and training material. Conduct mock training sessions and modify training approach based on feedback from the team.
You will collaborate with all levels of the organization and stay informed of changes requiring updates to training materials and programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with subject matter experts, Operations, and branches to understand the current state and the impact of the desired change
  • Assist in identifying communication and training needs for a particular application or process
  • Recommend a training curriculum that meets program goals
  • Create training material as directed
  • Deliver exceptional training using a variety of training techniques and concepts
  • Oversee associate attendance and engagement
  • Propose communication to all levels of the organization as needed
  • Continually enhance program material as changes occur
  • Additional duties as assigned
