We are seeking an organizational Change Manager to support projects implementing various technologies by focusing on the business, people, and operational impacts of change, rather than the technical delivery of solutions. The role involves managing organizational change efforts associated with business and digital transformation, including analyzing change impacts, identifying change advocates and resistance, and developing mitigation strategies, adoption roadmaps, communications, coaching, and training plans. Working in close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders, this individual leads change management and communications initiatives, provides advice and guidance to employees and leaders, and establishes change management best practices that enable successful adoption of new ways of working aligned with business objectives, strategic planning, and organizational readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and Licenses

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Leadership Studies or a related discipline AND several years of experience in a related field

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
