Vous serez responsable de la mise en place, du maintien et de l’évolution des pratiques de gouvernance organisationnelle afin d’assurer la transparence, la conformité et l’efficacité des mécanismes décisionnels. Il agit à titre de conseiller stratégique auprès de la haute direction et des instances dirigeantes, et veille à l’alignement de la gouvernance avec les objectifs stratégiques, les obligations légales et les meilleures pratiques.

You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and developing organizational governance practices to ensure transparency, compliance, and effective decision-making mechanisms. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior management and governing bodies, ensuring that governance is aligned with strategic objectives, legal obligations, and best practices.


PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Assurer la conformité des exigences SSE légales et corporatives
  • S’assurer que des plans d’intervention en cas d’urgence et des plans de sécurité/sûreté sont en place, connus et respectés par toutes les personnes présentes sur place
  • Gérer le système de gestion environnementale et les déclarations qui y sont associées
  • Déployer et appliquer les systèmes et programmes en matière de santé et de bien-être pour les employés
  • Participer aux rencontres de gestion du changement (MOC) et animer les analyses de causes profondes (RCA)
  • Réaliser des inspections et audits en collaboration avec le/la technicien(ne) SST pour assurer l’application conforme des normes et la conformité aux exigences municipales, provinciales et fédérales
  • Encadrer et gérer le/la technicien(ne) SST
  • Gestion des risques et incidents
  • Supporter les différents comités
  • Harmoniser les meilleures pratiques pour standardiser les programmes et veiller à l’amélioration continue du rendement en santé et sécurité
  • Définir et déployer la stratégie de mise en place locale vis-à-vis des demandes corporatives

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with legal and corporate HSE requirements
  • Ensure that emergency response and safety/security plans are in place, known, and followed by everyone on site
  • Manage the environmental management system and related reporting
  • Deploy and implement health and wellness systems and programs for employees
  • Participate in change management meetings (CMM) and facilitate root cause analyses (RCA)
  • Conduct inspections and audits in collaboration with the OHS technician to ensure proper application of standards and compliance with municipal, provincial, and federal requirements
  • Supervise and manage the OHS technician
  • Risk and incident management
  • Support various committees
  • Harmonize best practices to standardize programs and ensure continuous improvement in health and safety performance
  • Define and deploy the local implementation strategy for corporate requests

Requirements
