Job description

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives supporting a major Global Point of Sale (GPOS) transformation program. This role will drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and culture transformation as the organization replaces both POS hardware and software across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in organizational change management, large-scale enterprise transformation programs, and stakeholder engagement, along with the ability to influence leaders and drive sustainable adoption strategies across cross-functional team
  • Rate Range- $60-70/hr on W2
  • Only W2 Candidates, NO C2C

Responsibilities:
  • Lead overall change management efforts for the Global Point of Sale (GPOS) transformation initiative
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments and present findings to project teams and senior leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, communication strategies, and adoption frameworks
  • Partner with leadership teams to identify organizational development, behavioral, and cultural challenges impacting successful rollouts
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across business, IT, operations, and retail teams
  • Perform impact assessments and identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
  • Support leaders in achieving sustainable performance improvements and workforce readiness
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change enablement activities
  • Monitor adoption metrics and continuously refine change strategies based on feedback and outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across enterprise transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications:
Core Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a Change Management Practitioner or formal PROSCI certification/training
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise change initiatives
  • Strong expertise in organizational readiness assessments and impact analysis
  • Experience developing and executing enterprise-wide change management strategies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational development and behavioral change management experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting retail or Point of Sale (POS) transformation initiatives
  • Prior retail industry experience or experience working with the Client is a plus
  • Experience managing hardware and software rollout transformations
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale technology modernization programs
