Job description

We are seeking a Change Control Manager for the CSES contract.

The Change Control Manager manages change processes and tools, maintains the change schedule, and coordinates with CCS and DT process and service owners. This position ensures that changes are assessed, scheduled, communicated, approved, and executed in a controlled manner that minimizes disruption and supports service reliability.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • At least three years assigned as Change Manager managing change processes for managed services requirements of similar size, scope, and complexity.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Certifications

  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification, or current equivalent ITIL 4 role-aligned certification; related modules/exams should be stated..

Education

  • Bachelor’s in IT, Information Systems, or related field or additional 4 years experience in lieu

Clearance

  • Secret

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the operational change control process, including intake, assessment, prioritization, approval coordination, scheduling, implementation monitoring, and closure.

  • Maintain the change calendar/schedule and coordinate dependencies with release, deployment, testing, configuration, incident, problem, service desk, and desk-side support teams.
  • Interface with CCS and DT process and service owners to ensure changes comply with applicable governance, risk, security, and operational procedures.
  • Support Change Advisory Board preparation, decision packages, change status reporting, and change-related stakeholder communications.
  • Identify and implement improvements to reduce failed changes, emergency changes, unauthorized changes, and customer disruption.
  • Ensure change records, approvals, implementation plans, rollback plans, and post-implementation reviews are complete and auditable.
