  • Serve as a strategic partner to other executive communicators and chiefs of staff to plan and prepare effective, thoughtful, and engaging internal communications that educate, inform, connect with, and inspire leaders and employees.
  • Provide counsel on communicating business strategy, elevating leadership profiles, managing issues, and implementing corporate initiatives.
  • When necessary, lead change management communications in support of the business.
  • Draft leader talking points and review presentations.
  • Evaluate performance for communications based on real-time metrics and other leading key performance indicators; recommend refinements to communications strategies, messaging, and new feedback mechanisms, as needed, based on ongoing assessments.
  • Partner with and influence internal partners as needed in the best interests of the business and its employees.

Here's what we are looking for in you:
  • Great judgment with the ability to work with a high level of autonomy.
  • Strong business acumen and customer-orientation and proven track record of collaborative work relationships.
  • Excellent writing and story-telling skills.
  • The ability to distill complex content into clear, concise, and engaging communications.
  • Experience managing issues, crisis communications, and organizational change communications.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with an ability to consistently execute multiple, and sometimes competing, activities and complex projects to high quality conclusion, on-time.
  • Highly motivated - an eagerness to learn and become an expert on the business to better inform your communications strategy and deliverables.

Basic Qualifications
