Job description

We're looking for a highly skilled Change Management & Communications Manager who excels at guiding organizations through complex transformation. In this role, you will own and drive end-to-end change strategies that enable adoption of new processes, technologies, structures, and ways of working. This role goes beyond communications and requires deep expertise in driving organizational and behavioral change to achieve business outcomes.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Lead end-to-end change management strategy for key organizational initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and minimal business disruption
  • Develop and execute structured change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, resistance mitigation, and sustainment
  • Develop and deliver targeted communications as part of a broader change strategy, ensuring messaging supports awareness, understanding, and adoption
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure active and visible sponsorship, alignment, and accountability for change outcomes
  • Conduct detailed impact assessments and translate insights into actionable change and adoption strategies
  • Lead business readiness and adoption activities, ensuring employees and leaders are prepared to successfully transition at go-live and beyond
  • Define and track adoption and change success metrics (e.g., system usage, process adherence, behavior change) and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Identify and proactively manage stakeholder resistance, risks, and change impacts

Skills You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, or a related field with a proven track record of driving adoption in complex environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, a degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Hands-on experience applying structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent
  • Experience leading communications within largescale change initiatives, with a strong understanding of change management principles and employee engagement strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex changes into clear, actionable messaging (as part of a broader change strategy)
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority
  • Strategic thinker who can also manage details, timelines, and deliverables with precision
  • Creative problem solver who brings fresh ideas and practical solutions to communications and change challenges

We are interested in a qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we will not be sponsoring work visas for thisposition,at this time.

Salary Pay Range:$100,414-$186,482 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerationspermittedby law.

At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus:This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to bedeterminedby MKS [or as applicable].
