Who are Challenger Sports?
Challenger understands that players, coaches, parents and administrators all have different needs and priorities, and by listening to our customers for over 25 years we have created a TOTAL SOCCER company that caters to everyone involved in the game. Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer people in the country and our team of 13 offices and 150 full time now provides a comprehensive range of services and products that include:
Soccer Coach
Staff member will be a soccer coach at Challenger Sports Academy Division. This will involve coaching soccer to players at after school programs at various locations during the fall season.
Direct objectives for the positions would include:
  • Coaching sessions deliver sessions to players of a variety of ages
  • Complete weekly the logbook for the sessions you have coached

Compensation
$25-40 per hour based on qualifications & experience, coach education
Location
Los Gatos and South Bay area schools. Field sessions will last 1h.

What is TinyTykes?
TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.
What is the Challenger Soccer Academy?
Challenger Soccer Academy offers professional year-round coaching to recreation and/or competitive players and teams aged 5 - 18 years old.
