Job description

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER, FOOD & BEVERAGE
Luxury Resort • Caribbean • USD $8,500 net per month
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an Executive Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage, for a luxury resort in the Caribbean. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a senior operational leadership role with full oversight of all F&B operations across restaurants, bars, room service, banqueting, and catering. The right candidate is a strategic thinker who is equally at home driving financial performance as they are inspiring a team and elevating the guest experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead all F&B operations across multiple outlets, driving consistency, quality, and service excellence
  • Own financial performance across the division, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L; management, and cost control across food, beverage, and labour
  • Develop and inspire department managers and team members through hands-on leadership and mentorship
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, promotions, and culinary direction
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and supply agreements to maintain quality and cost efficiency
  • Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations across all outlets
  • Implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational improvement
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive F&B leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within a hotel or resort
  • Proven experience managing multi-outlet operations in a luxury or upscale hospitality environment
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership
  • Caribbean or international resort experience is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
