CFS is hiring a full-desk Executive Recruiter.

  • Compensation: Base salary $50,000 - 60,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission. Average year 1 OTE $65,000 - $80,000. Year 2 and beyond $80,000 - 100,000+.
