Job description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ASSISTANT (CETARS/WATCHBILLS) in the NAVY LEADERSHIP ETHICS CTR.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Having in-depth knowledge of the Corporate Enterprise Training Activity and Resource System (CeTARS), or similar systems, to generate, research, maintain, and distribute related training materials, data, and information for an expansive multi-site training programs; 2) Understanding of the principles of training and education to independently manage training data systems; 3) Performing a wide range of data management tasks, including downloading, updating, sorting, and analyzing data to create reports; and 4) Having strong oral and written communication skills to explain regulations, prepare instructions, and create reports.
