About the team:
Our team serves as a strategic enablement and operations partner for Global Tech. We help leaders drive alignment, improve organizational effectiveness, and execute key priorities through portfolio operations, executive communications, engagement experiences, and cross-functional collaboration. By connecting strategy, people, and execution, we create the mechanisms, content, and experiences that help leaders make informed decisions and move the organization forward.
What you'll do:
  • Drive portfolio operations, planning rhythms, and cross-functional coordination across key initiatives.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence alignment across business, HR, Finance, and technology teams.
  • Identify opportunities, solve problems proactively, and independently move work from concept to execution.
  • Develop executive presentations, communications, and strategic narratives for senior leaders.
  • Lead planning and execution for leadership forums, organizational meetings, listening sessions, and engagement events.

What you'll bring:
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Highly proactive, self-starter mentality; able to independently assess needs, develop solutions, and drive work forward with minimal direction. 
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, communications, and strategic storytelling.
