We are seeking a Program Manager to drive mission-planning modernization across Air Force, Joint, and Coalition environments. You will coordinate with operational and technical partners across Air Force, Joint, and Coalition communities to ensure alignment with mission priorities, and you will prepare and deliver senior-level briefings, dashboards, and decision materials.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:

  • Experience with US Air Force mission planning systems requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and operational fielding
  • Knowledge of DoW project or program management practices
  • Ability to engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource-loaded schedules to manage and report progress
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
  • PMI, PgMP, or PMP Certification

Nice If You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience managing a dispersed workforce and various functions in support of large-scale DoW efforts
  • Experience supporting AFLCMC, PEO C3BM, or C3M programs
  • Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Lean-Agile portfolio practices
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree in STEM or Management
  • ITIL 4 Foundation and Managing Professional Framework Certification

Clearance:
