About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the Contract ERP Professional Services team. This includes leading client engagements, managing escalations and cross-functional teams, forecasting and managing financial results including backlog, hiring and developing talent and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The candidate needs to be skilled in client relationship management, strategic planning, resource hiring and development, process improvement, financial management and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The candidate should have a proven ability to align business objectives with service delivery while driving operational efficiency and team performance.

Implementation Excellence & Standardization
  • Define and enhance implementation methodologies, tools, and playbooks.
  • Drive best practices across discovery, workflow design, training, and go-live.
  • Partner with Product and Support teams to improve delivery quality.

People Leadership & Capability Development
  • Lead and develop a team of implementation consultants.
  • Own performance management and development plans.
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and capability scaling.
  • Build a repeatable and scalable talent model.

Client Engagement & Business Outcomes
  • Serve as escalation point for key client engagements.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is $100,000 - $165,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates applying from jurisdictions with specific pay disclosure requirements (e.g., California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, British Columbia) will receive location-specific compensation details in compliance with local laws.
