Job description

Internal Medicine Physician Position Overview

Group is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our expanding multidisciplinary team. This role is a W-2 employed position encompassing hospital rounding and SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) visits at the following sites:

  • Texas Health Resources (THR) Dallas
  • Encompass Dallas
  • First Baptist Medical Center (FBMC)
  • Assigned Post-acute facilities across Dallas
  • Occasional rounding at Baylor Scott & White Arlington

The physician will also have first priority access to open hospitalist shifts at affiliated sites, enabling significant additional earning potential.

Core Responsibilities

  • Admit, evaluate, and manage adult inpatients with acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform daily rounding, diagnostics, treatment plans
  • Conduct procedures (when applicable)
  • Collaborate with care teams (nursing, pharmacy, case management)
  • Standard on-call rotation
  • Use EMRs (Epic or Cerner etc.,)
Compensation Package Base Salary

  • $250,000 Base Salary per year (W-2)
  • Paid biweekly
  • Productivity Bonus - CPT based
Optional Hospitalist Shifts

  • Priority access to 12-hour shifts at one hospital
  • $1,200 per 12-hour shift (in addition to base + bonuses)
