RN – Med/Surg – Contract

Facility: Adventist Health Mendocino Coast
Location: Fort Bragg, CA
Address: 700 River Drive, Fort Bragg, CA 95437
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $54 – $56/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,944 – $2,016/week


Job Summary

Adventist Health Mendocino Coast is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN to provide coordinated nursing care for medical and surgical patients in a 25-bed critical access hospital. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.


Requirements
  • Minimum acute care nursing experience preferred

  • Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing

  • Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to care for both medical and surgical patient populations

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills


Required Credentials
  • Active California RN License

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • BLS Certification

  • ACLS Certification
