Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely payment Process payroll through Dayforce (Ceridian) and VISTA. 
  • Daily downloading of timecards and posting. 
  • Entering wages, deductions, changes.
  • Weekly Certified Payroll reporting. 
  • Ensure the hours in Vista match Dayforce. 
  • Posting time entries and verify deductions and liability amounts. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • Supervisory responsibilities are not anticipated.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Payroll experience of two years. 
  • Experienced with Dayforce (Ceridian) payroll system or Vista is a plus.
  • Knowledge of wages and labor laws. 
  • Must be able to prioritize duties, be discreet with confidential information and adherence to strict deadlines. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Software to include; Excel, Work and Outlook.
  • Must have a strong work ethic with excellent communications skills.
