Schedule: Day shift 7:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday- Friday
Compensation: $29.00-$34.00 an hour

Position Overview:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Metro Reinvestment Center provides direct patient care and supports daily clinical operations within a structured correctional healthcare setting. This role is ideal for a nurse who values consistency, strong routines, and working within a collaborative, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care within scope of practice
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN or provider
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
  • Follow all clinical protocols, safety procedures, and facility policies
  • Assist with intake, sick call, and chronic care clinics as needed

Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in behavioral health, correctional, or ER
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Compact (MSL) or Georgia (SL) Must be active and valid
  • Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or BLS Must be active
  • Ability to obtain security clearance via the GADOC, this may include drug screen and criminal background check
