Job description

Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking an experienced PRN Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility located in Carlisle, Indiana. Malpractice insurance is paid for by Centurion Health.
The Nurse Practitioner works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.
  • Active, unrestricted Indiana APRN license
  • Active, unrestricted DEA
  • Ability to pass credentialing and background
  • 2+ years of NP experience, preferred

Shift: PRN
  • Day Shift
  • Monday - Friday
  • No nights, holidays or weekends
