Oversee daily service standards, team performance, and execution to ensure compliance with budgets, policies, procedures, and quality expectations, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. * Ensure all Health Department regulations are being adhered to and the restaurant is clean, sanitized, and safe for team members and guests. * Collaborate with leaders to maximize sales potential and profitability, including promotions, guest satisfaction, monitoring product, labor costs, and reviewing financial information. * Assist with scheduling employees, oversee bar inventory and ordering  * Build rapport with restaurant guests and ensure an enjoyable andmemorable experience More about you * A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management, business or related field, or Certified Hotel Administrator or equivalent experience preferred but not mandatory * Minimum three years’ management experience in a restaurant of similar style, capacity, and volume * Entrepreneurial skills and skills in financial management and budgeting * Ability to coach and mentor a diverse workforce, working independently and as part of a team * Organizational and time management skills, as well as written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills * Proven experience in providing excellent customer service * Microsoft Office; Excel and Word Shift details Days Evenings Holidays Weekends 10hr shift Who we are Hundredfold American Brasserie is a celebration of warmth, hospitality, and the joy of connection.
