Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
  • Ensure accuracy in employee hours, deductions, and payroll records
  • Perform payroll-related account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Prepare payroll journal entries and assist with general ledger accounting related to payroll expenses
  • Respond to employee payroll questions and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist with payroll audits and prepare necessary supporting documentation
  • Support accounts payable and additional administrative functions as needed
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information

Qualifications

  • Proven payroll, administrative, or accounting experience preferred
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
