Job description

Do you have experience in security, the military, or law enforcement?

At Dynamic Integrated Security, we are hiring Armed Security Officers to play a key role in enhancing school safety for Leon County, FL.

The selected candidate will receive paid training at the Sheriff’s Training Academy in Jacksonville:

Training Start Date: July 2026

Training Duration: 5½ weeks (PAID)

We offer a competitive progressive salary structure starting at $15.00 per hour during the initial training academy. Upon successful graduation, the rate increases to $22.00 per hour, with a further increase to $24.00 per hour after completing the 90-day probation period.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and enforce security protocols
  • Respond to emergencies and critical incidents
  • Build positive relationships and prevent conflicts
  • Conduct security drills and training exercises
  • Prepare incident reports and documentation
  • Requirements

    Education:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Training in law enforcement, military, or security fields
  • Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in: military, law enforcement, corrections, security, or emergency response
  • Advanced firearms proficiency and tactical training
  • Intermediate knowledge of emergency response protocols and reporting tools
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Core Competencies:

  • Knowledge of school and law enforcement policies
  • Required Licenses:
  • D, G, DL, and CCW licenses

  • Must own a personal firearm, duty belt (Level 3 retention holster), and 5 magazines
  • Must be at least 21 years old
