Youll be front and center in keeping our hotel secure, monitoring the property, responding swiftly to any issues, and delivering top-tier customer service with every interaction. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safety Ambassador: Proactively connect with guests and team members to create a secure, welcoming environment where safety and well-being come first.
  • Threat Spotter: Stay sharp and observant to identify potential security risks before they become issues.
  • Service with Security: Deliver friendly, service-oriented interactions while maintaining a calm and confident presence.
  • Protocol Pro: Confidently implement essential security procedures to keep operations smooth and guests protected.
  • Solution Seeker: Tackle challenges quickly and effectively with smart, safety-first solutions that reflect our commitment to excellence.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a safety and security role or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training and/or State Security License, including applicable background checks, per State requirements.
  • CPR, First Aid and AED Certification from American Heart Association, Red Cross or HIS.
  • AHLA Certified Lodging Security Officer certification completed within 30 days of hire.
