Whether you're rallying the team, jumping into action during emergencies, or protecting our spaces, you'll play a starring role in keeping everyone safe and sound.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Team Captain: Lead and supervise security officers, offering guidance and unwavering support every step of the way.
  • Peacemaker Extraordinaire: Use top-notch conflict resolution skills to handle both team disputes and guest interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Training Champion: Conduct engaging sessions that empower team members with essential security protocols and procedures, setting them up for success.
  • Emergency Maestro: Coordinate rapid and effective responses to emergencies, ensuring your team is always ready for anything.
  • Operations All-Star: Oversee daily security operations, making sure policies are followed, and our dedication to security excellence never wavers.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a safety and security role, preferably within a hotel or similar setting.
  • Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local laws and ordinances.
  • Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training and/or State Security License, including applicable background checks, per State requirements.
  • CPR, First Aid and AED Certification from American Heart Association, Red Cross or HSI.
  • AHLA Certified Lodging Security Supervisor certification completed within 60 days of hire.
