Emergency Response Team
Part-Time Hourly
YOUR MISSION
As an Emergency Response Team Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:
  • Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.
  • Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
  • Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
  • Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
  • Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
  • Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
  • Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
  • Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

What You Bring:
Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST)
Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience
    • Prior SOF, SWAT, or Extensive EP experience
    • 5 - 10 years in Executive Protection/Corporate Security
    • Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response
    • LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit as well as CO CCW
    • American Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
    • EMT license strongly considered, but not required
    • Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes

Certifications & Credentials:
    • Valid Denver, CO Guard Card and Armed Guard Card REQUIRED
    • LEOSA/HR218 and or CO CCW
    • U.S. Passport & Driver's License
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Completion of Executive Protection preferred
    • Abiltity to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
    • Meet-and-Greet evaluation (dependent on client/location)
    • Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening
