Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Home Care Supervisor/Operations Manager to lead our new CCP vertical while supporting existing operations. This role offers significant growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

ยท Answer and transfer phone calls

ยท Provide quality customer service

ยท Maintain filing systems

ยท Lead the establishment of CCP vertical

ยท Build relationships with CCUs and community partners

ยท Manage incoming client referrals

Staffing Responsibilities:

ยท Recruit, hire, and terminate employees

ยท Conduct pre-service and in-service training

ยท Coordinate client care (caseload up to 50 clients)

ยท Communicate with vendors regarding documentation and service deviations

Data Entry & Operations:

ยท Enter and maintain employee/client data accurately

ยท Manage client assessments and visit reports

ยท Ensure compliance with IDoA requirements

ยท Integrate CCP operations with existing home health services

Supervisory Responsibilities:

ยท Create/update client and employee folders

ยท Conduct quarterly evaluations

ยท Process timesheets and manage payroll reports

ยท Submit accurate payroll data

ยท Develop operational procedures for CCP services

Customer Service:

ยท Refer clients to appropriate programs

ยท Assist with service applications

ยท Respond to inquiries within 24 hours

ยท Resolve client/employee issues efficiently

Required Qualifications:

ยท Strong written/verbal English communication ( Knowledge of Spanish or any other language a plus)

ยท Exceptional organizational abilities

ยท Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)

ยท Prior office experience

ยท Must pass Homecare Supervisor Certification (3 months)

Preferred Qualifications:

ยท Experience with the WellSky Personal Care platform (formerly Clear Care)

ยท IDOA compliance knowledge
