Job Description
We are seeking a strong Senior Digital Consultant with a strong focus on systems implementation, data, analytics, and information management to support major capital programs and portfolios across all sectors.
This role bridges project controls systems, information management, data analytics, and digital strategy, helping clients unlock value from data, improve delivery performance, and align ways of working with modern digital tools. You will lead a PMIS implementation and data strategy from requirements through configuration, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
The role is client-facing, consultative, and delivery-oriented, with opportunities to shape strategy, lead technical delivery, support business development, and champion leading digital practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, validation, and translation of business and system requirements into practical digital solutions
  • Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of a PMIS systems for a large PMO focusing on cost, risk, schedule, and portfolio tools
  • Develop system configuration approaches, technical documentation, and implementation plans aligned to program objectives
  • Influence client ways of working to align operational processes with system capabilities and data models
  • Champion leading practice in digital systems configuration and integration across major capital programs
  • Capture and analyses client requirements to design digital strategies, data frameworks, and analytics approaches aligned to business outcomes
  • Support integration of project, cost, schedule, and asset data across the PMO into a series of reports
  • Design and implement dashboarding and reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to enable insight-led decision-making
  • Provide technical training, coaching, and user adoption support to client teams
  • Contribute to high-quality documentation, presentations, and stakeholder communications
  • Provide technical input to business development, bid responses, and winning work
  • Support the continuous improvement of digital, data, and analytics capability across the business
  • Act as an ambassador for digital services, championing value-led digitization and innovation
  • Actively engage with emerging industry trends and technologies and embed learning into delivery

Technical Knowledge
  • Data and Information Management standards
  • Understanding of PMIS Environments (e.g. Procore, Kahua, Unifier etc)
  • Dashboarding and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of PMIS systems, cost, schedule, and portfolio management tools
  • Experience setting up and managing SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate and Power Query along with other collaborative digital workspaces

Qualifications
Skills & Experience
  • Strong understanding of digital systems and data-driven delivery within capital projects and asset management
  • Proven experience delivering client-facing digital or data-enabled change, from engagement start-up through implementation
  • Ability to clearly link digital solutions to client value, including cost, efficiency, assurance, and performance outcomes
  • Strong understanding of PMO / PMIS tools, methodologies, and governance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • High emotional intelligence with the confidence to challenge constructively and implement change

Qualifications
  • Degree or Masters in a STEM discipline (or equivalent)
  • Chartered or equivalent professional qualification with a professional institution or recognized body

Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $110K - $170K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
