Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc. and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc..

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - First-time travelers not accepted. - Med/Surg Telemetry experience; pacemakers; IV insulin protocols; Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI).

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.

Special Requests: - Current and valid driver’s license or state-issued ID required. You must also include a proof of address document in your name that matches the address on your driver’s license or ID, issued within the last 3 months. Local candidates are not accepted; the address must be greater than 75 miles from the facility. Accepted documents: cell phone bill; electric, gas, water, sewer, or Wi-Fi bill; mortgage statement or lease agreement.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population in a general Med/Surg/Tele unit.

Shift & Scheduling: - RTO: 5 days or less. - Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: - Float within scope to meet facility/dept needs, including sister facilities, if there is a need.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required for submission

Certifications:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
