Job description

Overview Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster (Texas Experience Required) – Work from Home Location: Work from Home. Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) is offering a fast-paced, remote position requiring prior workers compensation adjusting experience (e.g., taking statements, paying lost wage benefits, filing state forms, denying claims, subrogation, litigation). You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims on behalf of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of workers compensation laws and regulations. You will be communicating with a wide variety of individuals, including CEOs, claimants, providers, and attorneys. Experience handling claims in multiple jurisdictions is vital for success in this role.
