Allina Health is seeking a Hospital-Based Clinic (HBC) Psychiatrist to join our team at Unity Campus in Fridley, Minnesota. This opportunity offers a highly flexible practice model for psychiatrists who value meaningful clinical work, schedule predictability, and choice in how they practice.

Unity Campus is part of Mercy Hospital - Unity Campus in Fridley, where Allina Health provides a wide range of inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and specialty services, including mental health and addiction care. At Unity, the Center for Integrated Mental Health and Addiction Care brings together outpatient services and intensive day programs in a specialized behavioral health setting.
Located in Fridley, this opportunity offers the convenience of practicing in a well-established north metro community just 10 minutes north of downtown Minneapolis and 20 minutes northwest of Saint Paul, with access to parks, trails, and a strong suburban quality of life.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $340,025 to $351,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
