Clinician 152 - Perth Amboy
Salary $45,000 + Sign On Bonus $2,500
Description
  • The Family Preservation Services Supervisor oversees DCP&P contracted intensive in-home counseling program in Somerset County.
  • The FPS supervisor is responsible for the day to day and clinical operation of FPS including staff supervision record review, directing staff, keen crisis management skills, supporting the clinical needs of the program.
  • Reports to Program Director and FPS lead supervisor.
  • Supervises a staff of two counselors/clinicians and 24/7 coverage required
  • Case conference with DCP&P and other providers
  • Master's Degree, Social Work or related field with 5 years' experience with providing treatment services to families and 2 years supervisory experience.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree, in Social Work or related field with 5 years' experience with providing treatment services to families and 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Licensure as required by degree.
  • Driver's license needed with an acceptable driving history.
