Job Summary (CAT Business Analyst )
- Support a leading financial institution in enhancing regulatory reporting operations, with a focus on the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory Reporting, Compliance, Technology, Front Office, Supervision) to define and implement the Target Operating Model.
- Draft comprehensive business requirements to address critical CAT defects.
- Conduct impact analysis to categorize CAT reporting issues into thematic areas.
- Develop and execute test scripts and test cases to validate system changes and resolutions.
- Apply expertise in Comparative Review and Back Reporting for CAT compliance.
- Manage user stories, defect resolution, and documentation through JIRA.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations related to CAT reporting.
- Utilize strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills to support project objectives.
- Work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Jersey City, NJ), as part of a long-term contract engagement.
