Job Summary

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the company's global cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, debt administration, interest payments, and treasury reporting activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring optimal liquidity to support business operations, interest payments, optimizing working capital, mitigating FX and interest rate risks, and maintaining strong banking relationships. The Treasury Analyst will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and Executive Leadership to provide accurate cash forecasting, financial analysis, and treasury insights that support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will exhibit a high level of passion for excellence, collaboration, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily cash positions and manage domestic and international bank accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual liquidity projections.
  • Analyze cash inflows and outflows to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved cash utilization.
  • Support working capital optimization initiatives through collaboration with Finance, Shared Services, and Operations teams.
  • Administer online banking platforms, payment systems, and treasury management tools.
  • Initiate, review, and monitor wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other treasury-related payments.
  • Maintain banking documentation, account signatories, and authorized user access controls.
  • Assist in managing banking relationships and supporting periodic banking reviews and negotiations.
  • Support administration of revolving credit facilities, term loans, letters of credit, and other financing arrangements.
  • Monitor debt covenant compliance and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Prepare lender reporting packages and assist with information requests from financial institutions.
  • Track and forecast debt balances, interest payments, and financing costs.
  • Develop treasury reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics for senior management.
  • Analyze cash flow performance against forecasts and explain significant variances.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements related to treasury activities.
  • Assist with foreign exchange exposure analysis and risk management activities, as applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with company treasury policies, banking agreements, and internal controls.
  • Assist with fraud prevention measures, payment controls, and cybersecurity-related banking safeguards.
  • Participate in treasury process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Assist in evaluating capital structure, liquidity strategies, and financing alternatives.
  • Supports other finance and business partners as needed

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial analysis experience.
  • Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience working with ERP, financial consolidation systems, and banking portals.
  • Knowledge of debt instruments, credit facilities, and covenant reporting preferred.
  • Familiarity with foreign exchange and risk management concepts.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels
