The Fraud Operations Finance & Business Management Associate is a highly visible role that partners with senior leaders across Consumer & Community Banking Operations to drive financial performance, business execution, and strategic decision-making. This position combines financial planning and analysis, executive reporting, project management, and risk governance responsibilities to support key business priorities. The successful candidate will lead budgeting and forecasting activities, develop executive-level presentations and insights, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, identify risks and opportunities, and help drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and innovative solutions. This role offers significant exposure to senior management and is ideal for a motivated professional who excels at transforming complex data into actionable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and strategic thinker who can seamlessly balance financial expertise, executive communications, project management, and business governance responsibilities. They are comfortable working directly with senior leaders, driving complex initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities, and transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial analysis
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, dashboards, and business insights
  • Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, and business reviews
  • Coordinate governance activities, audit and control deliverables, and risk management processes
  • Drive process improvements through automation, analytics, and innovative solutions
  • Respond to executive requests and support senior leadership decision-making

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Management, Strategy, Consulting, or related functions
  • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or operations
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, Essbase, AI/LLM tools, or other analytics platforms
  • Experience supporting senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Understanding of risk, controls, audit, and regulatory processes
  • Practical fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and stakeholder communications
  • Strong judgment in applying AI-knowing when to use AI vs. manual analysis, and validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, and audience fit
