As a Client Operations Analyst within our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client onboarding experience and providing comprehensive support across various products and platforms. Your work will involve addressing client inquiries, processing transactions, and troubleshooting issues, all while identifying opportunities to refer services based on client needs. Job responsibilities:

• Participate in the change management process, aiding in strategic communications and stakeholder impact mitigation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in client service operations

• Familiarity with anti-fraud strategies and their implementation in a banking or financial service environment.
