Job description

Openwork is seeking a Credit Card Reconciliation Clerk to support daily financial and administrative operations. This role involves high-volume data entry, report preparation, and reconciliation of check deposits โ€” no direct cash handling required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Run and review daily morning financial reports.
  • Record and reconcile check totals and deposit entries from multiple departments.
  • Perform accurate and timely alpha-numeric data entry for financial records.
  • Communicate with internal staff to confirm and clarify information.
  • Work closely with and receive training from the current Cash Management Clerk.
  • Ask questions when needed and double-check work for accuracy.
  • Follow established procedures and support overall financial operations.

Note: No cash handling is required. All cash-related responsibilities are managed by a separate trainer.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of office experience involving data entry and administrative tasks.
