Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Support the Revenue Services department by applying customer payments per their intent in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Prepare and record customer payments by utilizing matching software to prepare customer payments via company check for posting to Accounts Receivable (A/R) ledger.
  • Perform quality assurance procedures to resolve matching discrepancies including follow-up with all flagged transactions pinpointed by matching software.
  • Perform research and analysis to resolve cash application issues.
  • Utilize File Transfer Protocol (FTP) to configure file formats for data uploads into system of entry.
  • Review file imports to ensure compliance with audit controls and customer intent/requirements.
  • Assist in processing customer prepayments while following company procedures and perform on-demand deposits via 3rd party software.
  • Identify appropriate General Ledger (G/L) accounts to properly record transactions for financial reporting.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to facilitate efficient and effective cash applications.
  • Utilize imaging technology to administer document retention.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 1+ years experience in customer service or office support required.
  • Previous experience in transportation industry experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma equivalent required.
  • Must be proficient MS Office.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Must possess effective communication skills.


Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00 Hourly
