Job description

About the Organization
Now is a great time to join Redhorse Corporation. We are a solution-driven company delivering data insights and technology solutions to customers with missions critical to U.S. national interests. We're looking for thoughtful, skilled professionals who thrive as trusted partners building technology-agnostic solutions and want to apply their talents supporting customers with difficult and important mission sets.
About the Role
Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Case Support Manager to guide investigative personnel through the technical, legal, and operational requirements necessary to deploy Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities. The Case Support Manager will support mission planning, authority validation, technical coordination, operational documentation, and communication across technical and non-technical leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to translate complex technical processes into actionable guidance for a diverse set of mission partners.
Key Responsibilities
Mission & Case Coordination:
  • Facilitate the deployment and execution of technical collection capabilities under mission-approved legal authorities for investigative activities across the U.S.
  • Coordinate end-to-end CNO operational workflow, including intake, requirements clarification, mission planning, authority validation, technical review, deployment, and case closeout.
  • Maintain situational awareness of active operations and provide timely updates to mission partners and leadership.

Legal & Compliance Guidance:
  • Provide daily guidance to investigative stakeholders regarding legal authority requirements for technical collection activities.
  • Ensure operational actions align with established legal frameworks, warrants, approval processes, and oversight mechanisms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative and compliance-related matters throughout the lifecycle of each case.

Technical Support & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Advise investigators and case personnel on available technical capabilities and their alignment with mission requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to schedule, deploy, and monitor mission tools and capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain operational steps, constraints, and outcomes.

Recordkeeping & Reporting:
  • Document all case activity, operational decisions, approvals, and outcomes in accordance with program standards.
  • Prepare and deliver case summaries, status updates, and operational documentation to mission stakeholders.
  • Track operational timelines, resource utilization, and authority windows to ensure complete and accurate reporting.

Required Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting government investigations, cyber operations, CNO/CNE activities, or similar mission environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply court-authorized technical collection authorities, warrants, and governing legal frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of CNO operational workflows, mission planning, and technical capability deployment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to brief complex technical concepts to non-technical personnel and senior leaders.
  • Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex cases with multiple dependencies.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and case management skills.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting investigative entities, legal personnel, or operational compliance teams.
  • Familiarity with cyber operations tools, data routing processes, and technical collection systems.
  • Experience in mission support, operations coordination, or analytical environments where precision and documentation are essential.
  • Knowledge of national-level legal and oversight frameworks governing technical collection activities.
