JOB SUMMARY:

This is a 1099 position. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician at Renova One, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to our clients. You will utilize your expertise in carpet cleaning techniques and equipment to effectively remove stains, dirt, and allergens from carpets, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Perform professional carpet cleaning services using industry-standard equipment and techniques
  • Respond to emergency water extraction and restoration calls in the Atlanta market
  • Help build and grow the Atlanta carpet cleaning and restoration service line during slower scheduling periods
  • Inspect carpets and affected areas to determine proper cleaning or restoration methods
  • Pre-treat stains and heavily soiled areas for optimal results
  • Operate truck-mounted and portable carpet cleaning and extraction equipment safely and efficiently
  • Document work completed, including before-and-after photos and job notes
  • Ensure all cleaning solutions and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns, answer questions, and provide recommendations for carpet maintenance and care
  • Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism at all times while on-site at client locations
  • Document services performed, including before-and-after photos, and maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and client interactions
  • Assist in loading and unloading equipment and supplies from company vehicles, and maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicle and equipment
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in carpet cleaning techniques preferred
  • Experience with professional carpet cleaning
  • Proficiency in operating carpet cleaning equipment, including truck-mounted and portable systems, steam cleaners, and extraction machines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address stains, odors, and other carpet issues effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and address their concerns
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment, bend and kneel for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; ability to drive company vehicles to client locations as needed
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules and project deadlines
